A church plant is exactly what it sounds like, a newly established “planted” church. All churches were at some point a church plant; even churches that have been established for hundreds of years. Ignite was born in August 2006 and will one day be an established church rather than a church plant. We hope to have more information concerning Ignite’s history up soon.
